Stress can be both negative and positive
Stress is seen as positive when it helps to improve
performance. We all need a certain amount of pressure to
enhance our drive to perform well.
Stress becomes negative when it occurs frequently without time for one to recover and it becomes too great for one to
cope with.

dysfunctionalism within a organization and
