Loyalty is having trust with yourself and the people around you. It is not given it is earned. It is a word that is often misuse by people who don’t live by its meaning. You have to be loyal in order to receive loyalty. You can’t expect loyalty from others if you are not loyal yourself. Loyalty comes within time not overnight. Faithfulness, commitment, obligation, devotion and allegiance are exemplas of loyalty. Loyalty can be shown to family, friends and significant other. These are the people who deserves it and who shows you loyalty back. Loyalty is a characteristic of being devoted to a person, place or a thing which requires patience and faith on what you believe. The true meaning of loyalty is up to you to show it or not. Family is always there for you when things aren’t going right and you need them the most. They are the only ones that are here to stay no matter the distance. Whether you are close or not to your family they’re still your family at the end of the day. Blood is thicker than water. Family comes first before anybody or anything. They are here when it seems like you have nobody. You are supposed to love your family unconditionally whether you are on good terms or not. These are the people you can count on when you need them most. You don’t ever have to question your family loyalty because that’s how it’s supposed to be. Friends come and go but real friends are here to stay. Friends are supposed to always be there when you need to talk them or when you’re feeling down. A true friendship is supposed to have a bond that is so strong that no one can come between it or try to break it up. You are supposed to be able to trust each other with your deepest darkest secrets. You shouldn’t have to worry about you friend going to tell others your personal business. A friendship consists of boundaries that should never be cross within your relationship. In a friendship you should always keep it...
